Raw Chemistry is a well-established US brand and one of our earliest long-term partners. We were brought in to manage and optimise their TikTok Shop operations end-to-end, including paid media, affiliate strategy, creator collaborations, and overall account performance. During our time working together so far, the brand has achieved a peak-performing month exceeding $240,000 in GMV, while building a scalable affiliate ecosystem of 2,900+ creator collaborations, with the top 5 performing affiliates generating $520,000+ in combined GMV.

Over the past six months, paid campaigns have maintained an average ROAS of 4.47, contributing to nearly $1M in ad-driven GMV during that period. Chamoy Guys partnered with us to support and strengthen their TikTok Shop growth across affiliates, livestreams, and paid media. Our involvement focused on creator outreach and relationship building, livestream management, and performance-driven ad execution. During this period, the brand developed a highly active creator ecosystem, working with 3,600+ creators, with top-performing content generating £58.7k from a single video.

Alongside affiliate growth, we manage Chamoy Guys’ livestream operations, including scaling at-home livestreamers, with a single streamer generating £18,500 in GMV in one month. Paid campaigns have also delivered consistently strong efficiency, maintaining 6+ ROAS, while the brand continues to see steady main-page follower and engagement growth of 10,000+ per month, supporting sustained momentum across the account.

Lumelle…

Lumelle launched on TikTok in partnership with us just three months ago, with TikTok serving as the brand’s first-ever sales and marketing channel. We supported the brand from inception through launch, including product positioning, go-to-market strategy, and TikTok Shop execution. In this early stage, Lumelle is approaching £50,000 in revenue from a single product, while maintaining a high net margin, demonstrating strong early product-market fit.

From an organic perspective, the launch generated exceptional traction, with Lumelle’s debut video—its first piece of content on any social platform—achieving 2.1 million main-page views organically. This early performance laid the foundation for rapid audience growth and validated TikTok as a primary growth channel for the brand.

NOBLE NATURE…

Noble Nature partnered with us in November 2025 to support and scale their TikTok Shop affiliate operations. Our role focused on recruiting, training, and activating a network of 150+ affiliates, providing brand-specific video guidance, curated scripts aligned with top-performing trends, and hands-on training around at-home livestreaming to improve consistency and output quality across creators.

As a result of these efforts, the affiliate channel contributed an additional £30,000 in monthly GMV, supporting continued sales momentum for a brand that has now sold 200,000+ units on TikTok. The collaboration helped strengthen Noble Nature’s creator ecosystem and reinforced TikTok Shop as a reliable, scalable sales channel alongside their wider growth strategy.

Pure Patch…

Pure Patch partnered with us at the very beginning of the brand, with TikTok serving as its first-ever sales and marketing platform. We supported the brand from launch, including TikTok Shop setup, affiliate activation, and paid media execution. Within the first two months, the brand scaled from early test-level sales to £28,000 in 30-day GMV, while building a creator-led growth engine from day one.

Affiliate performance played a key role in early traction, with top-performing creators generating £40,000+ in GMV across 400+ creator collaborations. Paid campaigns also delivered strong efficiency, achieving an average ROAS of 6.21 and a £1.85 cost per order, validating both the product and TikTok as a primary acquisition channel..
